Do I need to have any prior knowledge on OneNote before beginning this course?

No, this is an introductory course with no prerequisites skills. It is perfect for beginners or those who have just started to dabble in using OneNote!



Do I need to have a Microsoft account to take the course?

You will need to have access to OneNote. This course has been designed around the pc desktop version of OneNote. The principles and processes can be applied to the Mac version of OneNote.

Who are the presenters delivering the course?

This course is presented by Adrian Francis who is a trainer with Using Technology Better. He is an accredited Microsoft Peer Coaching Master Facilitator and a Microsoft Master Educator.


Do I receive a certificate for the course? (NSW Teachers NESA Approved)

Yes. You can request a certificate after completing all of the course modules. For teachers in New South Wales (Australia), yes, this course is accredited with NESA. After completing the course, you can receive these hours by filling in the course feedback form and providing us with your NESA number.

How long will I have to complete the course?

Your registration includes 12 months access to the course materials.
